Our website provides a variety of information and services for individuals and businesses that require legal services in Honduras.

These include:
1. Our online archive of legal information, translated laws and legal forms.
2. A directory of Law Firms and Attorneys, with profiles and contact information.
3. Our query form, which allows you to simultaneously query all Attorneys and Law Firms with expertise in a specific practice category.
4. Personalized referral services for businesses and individuals.

Archive.

We provide information regarding laws and legal services in 16 different practice areas. In many cases we provide translated laws, legal forms and links to government or non-profit institutions associated with the practice area. By browsing the archive, our users can familiarize themselves with the applicable laws and legal processes, making them a more informed consumer of legal services.

Although we strive to maintain updated content, please remember that laws can change frequently, and you should consult directly with a practicing legal professional before preparing any paperwork or documents. We assume no legal responsibility for the accuracy of our articles, which are provided solely for educational purposes.

Directory.

Our main directory of Attorneys and Law Firms contains an alphabetical listing of Legal Professionals who have chosen to advertise their services with Honduran Legal Services. Listings include a profile of the Firm or Attorney, contact information, areas of expertise, and languages spoken.

We verify that all Attorneys in the directory are members in good standing of the Colegio de Abogados de Honduras, the official professional association of Honduran Attorneys (similar to the US Bar Association). We verify that all Law Firms have at least one member who meets that criteria.

Our Directory is provided solely for the purpose of reviewing and contacting a variety of Legal Professionals. We are not responsible for any contracts, services, or other obligations between individual users and advertisers. We offer no guarantee or endorsement of individual Firms or Attorneys.

It is the responsibility of the user to confirm any information as presented on the site, and to properly assess the professional capacity of any Attorney or Law Firm.

Although we do not assume any responsibility for the legal services provided by advertisers, we are always very interested in hearing your feedback regarding the services provided by the site, as well as the services provided by our advertisers (Firms and Attorneys). Query Form.

We offer a general query service to our visitors. By using the Query Form, you can enter your contact information and a brief description of legal services you need, and the query will be automatically forwarded to all lawyers in our directory who work in that Practice Area.

You may receive one or more responses from the Attorneys and Firms who have indicated that they are accepting new client inquiries. We can't guarantee any responses.

Personalized Referral Services.

If you would like more personalized assistance to evaluate your case, or prefer to receive a specific referral to a Law Firm that most closely fits your needs, we offer Personalized Referral Services. For a $50 consultation fee, we will review your case and give a written evaluation of your legal situation, and if appropriate, give a specific referral to the Attorney or Law Firm that we consider best suited to your needs.
