Government Concessions and Licenses

Many Public Services in Honduras are government owned. Other industries are regulated by government institutions, such as Mining, Merchant Marine, Logging and other industries which exploit Honduran natural resources.

Contracts between private individuals or corporations and government institutions are regulated by the Law of Public Administration. Government Concession contracts are regulated by their own separate law.
